At DIGICON 2023, Synergy’s President and CEO, Ms. Germaine Reyes, had the privilege of presenting a collaborative study between Synergy and IMMAP titled, ‘E-commerce’s Impact on Brand Loyalty: Opportunities and Challenges.’ The event took place last October 18 to 20, 2023, gracing the stage of the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City.
